This form is intended only for applicants of College of Graduate Studies at Kuwait University. If you are not applying to CGS, you should not use this form. Upon clicking submit below, your details will be saved to the system and sent to be verified with College of Graduate Studies to confirm you have applied at Kuwait University.

I, the undersigned candidate, hereby authorize IDP IELTS Kuwait Test Centre to share my Test Report Form (TRF) with Kuwait University for the sole purpose of enabling me to collect my official IELTS test results from Kuwait University premises.

I understand and acknowledge the following:

  1. Kuwait University has been designated as an authorized offsite collection point under agreement with IDP IELTS Kuwait.
  2. I must present valid government-issued photo identification matching my registered candidate details exactly at the time of collection. Kuwait University staff will verify my identity before releasing my TRF.
  3. If I authorize another person to collect my TRF on my behalf, that person must present: (a) Their own valid government-issued photo ID, (b) A signed authorization letter from me, (c) A copy of my identification document. Kuwait University will record the collector's details in their collection log.
  4. IDP IELTS Kuwait will share only the following information with Kuwait University: my full name as registered, my candidate number, my test date, and confirmation that my TRF is ready for collection.
  5. Neither IDP IELTS Kuwait nor Kuwait University accepts responsibility if my TRF fails to reach me due to: (a) My failure to present correct identification, (b) My failure to collect within the specified timeframe, (c) Loss or theft occurring after proper verification and handover to me or my authorized representative.
